SHIPPING DURATION:

• We start processing your order within 48 hours of receiving it. All products are shipped out between 5-8 working days
• In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will be shipped together.
• In situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Menorah will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
• In the event of the shipment being marked as delivered and you haven’t received the same, please raise a query within 48 hours. Beyond which we would be unable to accept such complaints.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

• Free shipping for all orders of ₹1999 and above excluding all discounts. For orders below ₹1999,  shipping charge is based on your location and product weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

• Currently, we ship within India only. Please email us to request International Shipments.
